What does "Under Construction" mean? When you see this on this web site, it means that there is more coming in the near future...I am currently working on it. It does not mean you should not view the content that is already there. I hope to never post any content that does not stand on its own and is not informative on some level.
What does RED text mean? When you see red text in all caps, it means that I have specific plans to add a page or section on that topic in the near future. I am not yet working on it but am reading and researching potential content. I guess you could say it means "STAY TUNED!"
